I looks very "Van Goghesque" but in the center it feels a bit bare. maybe try weaving the green up into the blue and vice versa just leaving hints of the other to try and create a unity of ground and sky. See if that works for you. It's looking good though

If you work to break up the pattern then it won't. Use different shades of green and blue to create more depth. and also try to put a few strokes of the orange-yellow in there as sort of reflection of the flames. give it a shot! It's all about learning.

I really like the seperation of colors ( the amount of white space ) letting my eye mix and mush them together ... interactive er something. Keep playing with this ( things simular) .. for some reason I find this real cheerfull, perhaps the bright colors you used - great stuff.
